The Midnight Watch - Chapter 1Daily Routines   
I finally busted through the back door as my boss shouted “Lily?” Three other girls that were scattered around in the store popped their heads up and responded. I grinned as I rolled my eyes at the girls. I always did find the triplets pretty cute to look at. And no, I don’t mean that kind of cute, I mean the kind that describes looking at a puppy or kitten.  
 
The three other Lilys aren’t really triplets, but they dress the same, talk the same way, and have the same interests. They were even the same height, which was around five feet tops. Now in my book, that’s considered shor The Midnight Watch - Chapter 1

The Midnight Watch - PrologueI rushed into the street, holding my oversized bag to my side. My alarm clock had gone off one hour later than it should have, and my boss was gonna kill me if I showed up late again. I guess by now you’re probably wondering why I’m telling you all this without any introductions, so, let’s get to it.   
 
In this city, I go my Lily D, though my real name is Lilith Walker. Why the D, you ask? Probably because most girls I work with also have that name. Then again, most girls have that name period. Anyway, I now work at a Goth Boutique downtown, right next to where my newest best friend, Lexi Fox, works at Starbuck The Midnight Watch - Prologue

Busy week & broken scanner T__T

*Few* MAN what a busy week it was. XP Had to study alot for, like, 4 tests on Friday, 2 projects due on Monday and Wednesday, not to mention one of my buds being in a social crisis (don't ask :P)... Yep, haven't had much free time this week. :work:

And for even more bad news, turns out my scanner's now officialy broke down; we used to be able to fix it everytime it DID break down, but now, well, it's pretty much long gone. :X And I was SSSSOOOOO looking forward to entering :iconorionstorm: and :iconandreac:'s drawing contests!! :cries: Oh well, next time maybe... T_T

Anyway, one way or another I'm gonna upload the pics once we get a new scanner, but I have no idea when we'll get it, so don't wait up for me, kay girls? =/ Besides, I'll probably be stuck doing more homework for the next few weeks, what with all the teacher conferences and the substitutes giving us extra work (thanks to a certain group I could tear apart with my own BARE HANDS... :fork:), so yep..

Besides that, I'm still trying to figure out what's gonna happen in Chapter two of The Midnight Watch, so, if you guys have any ideas, just leave a comment; I'd really appreciate it. :pray:

So, that's pretty much it. We got tomorrow off, then another long week of school work. :P So, wish me luck! And I wish YOU all luck!! :salute:
